Grapevine Technology is currently seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter for our growing team. This position is responsible for identifying strong candidates for our clients’ contract consulting or full time hire needs. Our technology focus requires a genuine interest in, and an ability to understand, technical concepts at a high level.
Compensation is commission based. We pay higher commissions than most companies in the industry.
This is a work from home position with flexible hours and great income potential for the right candidate!

Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for contract or full-time positions
- Execute sourcing via existing and emerging channels using traditional and advanced communication tools.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Conduct screening interviews, in person and/or via telephone.
- Coordinate client interview requests with applicants. Maintain rapport with applicants while client completes decision-making process.
- Communicate client decisions (offer/non-offer) to applicants and manage next steps accordingly
- Maintain reports for all sourcing and recruitment activity
Requirements:
- Information Technology (IT) sourcing and recruiting experience
- Ability to manage the recruitment process for multiple positions simultaneously
- Experience sourcing passive candidates
- Experience with Dice.com and other online recruiting sites / tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work independently.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and a success driven attitude required.
- Superior level of ethics
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
